Q: I just placed a order but I want a different size or color, can I change it?

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped out
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact thekjbrand@mail.com directly for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times

A: Your orders will be shipped directly from our printing and warehousing partners in North Carolina (USA), Ontario (CA) or Tijuana (MEX) usually being the nearest location.
